SECURITY
Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) Cameras have been installed at the Old GMC Building, INOX Complex, Maquinez Palace and Kala Academy.
A Police Control Room (PCR) is set up at the Old GMC Building to provide round-the-clock security. Two Battalions from the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) have also been deployed for the event.
MEDICAL FACILITIES
A First Aid Cell with a 24-hour back up to deal with any emergency is put in place at the Old GMC Building.
HELP DESKS
Seven help desks are being set up to assist delegates at various locations.

Around sixteen ticket counters have been set up at various places -
Old GMC (seven counters)
INOX (six counters)
Kala Academy (two counters)
Hotel Cidade de Goa (one counter)
PRESS / MEDIA (One counter at Old GMC Building)
