The Short Film Center is a business platform being created at the International Film Festival of India, Goa for the first time in an effort to bring short film makers, buyers, festival organisers and funding agencies on to one single platform. The 2nd edition of the Short Film Center will take place in Goa coinciding with the International Film Festival of India between November 24 to December 2, 2009.
