*Laser Show - Concert
Goa, Friday, December 01, 2006: Day 9 @ the 37th International Film Festival of India (IFFI 2006) saw cross border entertainment and a lineup of acclaimed movies from across the world. While the day saw the screenings of Marie Antoinette (USA), Les Oiseaux Du Ciel (France), The Old Barber (China) and Omkara, the evening saw performances by a host of performers including Jal, Sukhwinder Singh, Mika, Anamika, Aryans, Vipin Aneja, Aasma and Aadeel.
The evening at NIWS Ground, Caranzalem was a power packed affair as Jal, Sukhwinder Singh, Mika and the gang belted out hit after hit while the crowd kept asking for more. These superb performances were a part of the Listen Goa - Red Concert, aimed at creating AIDS awareness and several thousand fans attended the concert. All the artistes attended a press conference in the evening where they promised a Dhamaka, and boy did they live up to their word!
