About ESG

Established by the Government of Goa in 2004, as the nodal agency in the organization of the International Film Festival of India (IFFI), the main objective of the Entertainment Society of Goa (ESG) is to frame an entertainment policy to help cultivate Goa into a world-class international entertainment nerve center of the country.

Successfully hosting the 35th, 36th ,37th, 38th, 39th, 40th, 41st and 42nd International Film Festival of India to a glare of media and fanfare, the objective of the Entertainment Society of Goa is to work towards building global visibility and branding. Shooting Your Film In Goa

The Entertainment Society of Goa offers a unique SHOOTING YOUR FILM IN GOA for granting clearances for the ease of Shooting Films in Goa.

Just one application with your shooting schedule gets you all required permissions against a payment of Rs. 10,000/- per day in Goa within 72 hours. You can choose your locations with your support crew plan your dates, locations and approach ESG with a request. Your request is forwarded to all concerned departments for clearances and is received in the next 48 hours. A No Objection Certificate (NOC) is issued by ESG after the money is deposited by the applicant, which is a Single Window Clearance for film shooting in Goa... read more
