Jimmy, a talented and popular singer wants to exact revenge on Mr Oberoi for having insulted and imprisoning his mother on false charges years ago. But Oberoi’s son, Sam also a singer, becomes envious of Jimmy’s soaring success. The father-son duo conspire to bring an end to Jimmy’s career in such devious ways that it changes his life and career forever.
(1952 – 2022) also known as Bappi Da was an Indian singer-composer and record producer, known for his synthesised disco music in the Indian film industry. Popular in the 1980s and 1990s, he also delivered major box office successes in Bengali, Telugu, and Kannada films. He holds a Guinness World Record (1986) for recording more than 180 songs in a year for 33 films, and made another record by composing music for 12 silver jubilee movies between 1983–1985. He won the Filmfare Award for Best Music Director for Sharaabi (1984) and was conferred with the Filmfare Lifetime Achievement Award (2018).
