Synopsis : Velayudhan is a young man living in a place torn apart by civil strife. In the midst of a raging street war, he kills his best friend. Velayudhan feels guilty and is disturbed. Political enemies plot their revenge on Velayudhan. The movie addresses the very contemporary issue of political rivalry and violence in society in an unusually imaginative way.


K. P. A. C. Lalitha (1947 - 2022) aka Maheshwari Amma, was an Indian film and stage actress primarily in Malayalam. She started her acting career with K. P. A. C., a theatre collective in Kayamkulam, Kerala. In a career spanning five decades, she starred in over 550 films. She won four Kerala State Film Awards and two National Film Awards for Best Supporting Actress for the films Amaram (1991) and Shantham (2000). She was honoured with the Filmfare Lifetime Achievement Award at the Filmfare Awards South (2009) and served as the chairperson of Kerala Sangeetha Nataka Akademi.
