Synopsis: Set in the murky world of human drug trials, Vayu Pharma, an Indian pharmaceutical company in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh is desperate to create the next money-spinning drug and starts testing the banned drug on several poor people who willingly sign up in return for monetary compensation. However the drug starts to have disastrous effects on the patients, particularly devastating the family of one street-smart slum kid, Mangu who is now thirsting for vengeance.
