Shri Anil Kumar Nair started his career as a journalist where he covered culture and cinema. Later, he joined Madhya Pradesh Film Development Corporation and was responsible for organising film festivals, workshops and seminars apart from film production and publication coordination. In 1996, he joined Films Division, Ministry of Information Broadcasting and headed the documentary distribution, marketing and PR wing. Shri Nair was Coordinator of Mumbai International Film Festival for Documentary, Short fiction & Animation (MIFF) from 2012 to 2022. Arun Kumar Singh, also known as Arun Shekhar, is a distinguished theatre professional and scholar. He holds a postgraduate degree (M.A.) in Hindi Literature from the University of Mumbai (2016). Arun served as a preview committee member for the International Film Festival of India (IFFI) in 2022, 2023, and 2024, and for the Mumbai International Film Festival (MIFF) in 2022. His contributions span theatre playwriting, directing, and acting since 1989. He curated 100 plays for Zee Theatre and conducted workshops in major Mumbai colleges. Arun is also an accomplished writer with published works including the Hindi plays "Punyashlok Ahilyabai Holkar" and "Aa Se Aam Par Charcha," alongside poetry collections and translations.
