Dharam Gulati, an alumnus of FTII, has worked in the film, advertising and TV industry for over 40 years as director of photography, director and producer. He has worked with filmmakers like Ramesh Sippy, Vidhu Vinod Chopra, Ketan Mehta, Pankuj Parashar, Late Kalpana Lajmi Late Vijay Tendulkar. He has been on the jury of International Emmy Awards (Asian Region), Osacar Jury for Indian Films, National Film Awards, Mumbai International Film Festival (Chairman International Selection Committee), Indian Telly Awards, IDPA Awards and ITA. He has also been managing the Alumni Association of FTII (GreFTII). He has been on the Academic Council and Technical Advisory Committee of FTII. He is member of the board of studies of MIT University Mumbai.
A. Karthik Raaja is an Indian cinematographer. A 1977-80 graduate of the Adyar Film Institute, Chennai, he has been the Director of Photography (DoP) for several critically acclaimed and commercially successful films. Some of well-known films include Chinna Gounder (1991), Ejaman (1993), Vanaja Girija (1994), Rettai Jadai Vayasu (1997), Oru Oolaa Oru Rajakumari (1995), Edhirum Pudhirum (1999), Vaanavil (2000), Raajijyam (2002), I Love You Do (2002), Thunai Mudhalvar (2015), and Inayathalam (2017). He has worked with many reputed directors in the Tamil and Telugu film industry like K. Bhagyaraj, R.V. Udhaya Kumar, Dharani, Manoj Kumar, Rathnakumar, and Sankar-Suresh, amongst others.
Anjali Panjabi is an award- winning Filmmaker & Producer. She has several years of experience working on Indian, as well as international projects focused on Indian themes. The filmmakers she has worked with include Mira Nair, Sooni Taraporevala and Farhan Akhtar. The projects she has associated with have screened at IFFI, MAMI and IFFK, as well as Festivals like Berlin, Sundance and Venice. Alongside filmmaking, Anjali is keen academic with several years of experience.
Ashok Cashyap is a film maker. Studied cinema from GFTI ,FTII and Madurai Kamaraja University. Worked as Director, producer and Cinematographer since 1981 for more than 60 feature films many Documentaries and Advertisement films in various Indian languages. Won Karnataka state award for the film Shapa and Ulta Palta in Kannada . Won Best Cinematography in foreign film category at London international film festival 2022. Been jury for Biffs , Miffs , and Karnataka state awards .Teaching film making at various University in Karnataka. He is also chairman of Karnataka Chalanachithra Academy and has been the Festival Director for BIFFES 2023.
Dr Bobby Sarma Baruah is a National (Rajat Kamal) and International award winning Indian Filmmaker. She did her Master of Arts in Assamese Literature, B.Ed. and Master's degree in Communication and Journalism from Gauhati University. She completed her PhD from the Department of Communication and Journalism, at Gauhati University. She is awarded the Senior Fellowship from the Ministry of Culture, Government of India, in 2014. Her Filmography includes feature films- “Adomya” (Indomitable) (2014), “Sonar Baran Pakhi “(The Golden Wing) (2016), Mishing (The Apparition) (2018), “Sikaisal “If Only Trees Could Talk (2022) and Rador Pakhi (Morning Sunshine) (2024).
"Jyotsana Garg is a Mumbai-based documentary filmmaker, cinematographer (FTII Pune), screenwriter, actor, model, and film critic. She serves as editor for the international magazine Sanskriti Parv and contributes to the esteemed newspaper Swadesh. With a deep commitment to cultural preservation, she was an Advisory Panel Member at the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) for seven years. Jyotsana has been a jury member at over 14 prestigious film festivals, including IFFI Goa, MIFF, BIFF, and the Indie Film Festival New York. She conducts masterclasses for emerging filmmakers at festivals and institutions like Gauhati University, blending cinematic expertise with a passion for heritage, education, and social impact. "
Rekha Gupta is a Delhi-based film curator, creative consultant, and film critic with extensive contributions to Indian and international cinema. She has served on the Preview Committee of IFFI Goa for five years and held jury roles at the Bengaluru and Chitra Bharti Film Festivals. A former CBFC member, she was also part of the SCO Film Festival and BRICS India 2016. As a creative consultant with Saransh Films, she has worked on acclaimed projects like Azamgarh, Kitaab, and upcoming films starring Esha Gupta and Radhika Madaan. Rekha is also the National President (Women Wing) of Bharat Tibbat Sahyog Manch and curates for Udaan and APEEJAY Institute. Her contributions have earned her numerous honors, including the Women Icon Award and Agravibhooshan Samman.
