Hélène Cattet and Bruno Forzani are French husband-and-wife filmmakers based in Brussels, Belgium.The filmmaker has collaborated with Bruno Forzani since 2000. After writing and directing several self-produced shorts, they made their debut feature film Amer (2009), a postmodern homage to giallo films which them Magritte Award nominations in many categories including Best Film. They followed it in 2012 with The Strange Colour of Your Body's Tears (2013) which was screened at festivals including TIFF, well as their contribution to the American anthology film The ABCs of Death. In 2017, they shot Let the Corpses Tan (2017) which received eight nominations at the Magritte Awards, including Best Film and Best Director and, winning three.
