In a green-screen studio, a group of people ask themselves questions and meet to imagine other ways of being together. In this green space, the norm is suspended. A project about the characters we play to present ourselves to the others. With Croma, Manuel Abramovich fosters a sense of community, transforming the film into a space for collective reflection and lived experience, with the screen capturing only a fragment of this journey.
Manuel Abramovich (Buenos Aires, 1987) is a film director, director of photography, producer, artist, and educator. He lives and works in Berlin and Buenos Aires.In his films, ordinary people become characters. His work explores different ways of staging intimacy. His work has been screened and awarded at the most prestigious festivals, such as Berlinale, Venice, Tribeca, Visions du Réel, MoMA Doc Fortnight, Viennale, IDFA, San Sebastian, Film Society Lincoln Center, Cinéma du Réel, Mar del Plata.
