Synopsis :

In Korea, the only divided country in the world, a plastic bag from North Korea gets into the hand of a South Korean girl. The plastic bag carries a beetle that turns out to be the summer vacation homework of a North Korean boy. Worried that the boy would be desperately looking for his lost homework, the girl decides to bring the homework back to the owner. As she tries her best to do it, she overcomes her detached feelings for her father and the relationship between the North and the South with a long history shows a chance of change.


Directors Bio :

Kwang-kyo Jin, born in Daegu, South Korea in 1965, and studied film production at Chung-Ang University. He started with producing TV commercials and documentaries for Studio Channels in Korea and later founded his own company, Pumpkin Communications, producing a wide range of television advertisements and programs, establishing himself as a versatile and experienced figure in South Korea’s broadcast and commercial production industry. As a filmmaker and writer, Kwang-kyo Jin is known for Beautiful Sunday (2007), My Last Love (2017) and Ryeosu (2010).
