After her mother dies from a cyanide-laced vitamin drink, Sun-kyung meets the unsettling Yeong-hwan while trading a vacuum. When her friend Ui-jin dies the same way, Sun-kyung suspects Yeong-hwan—but he has an alibi and no evidence links him. Gripped by dread and obsession, she becomes convinced he’s the killer—and begins to follow him.
